Where Tradition Stays at the Center

At 3D’s African Kitchen, the table moves the way it should — egusi with swallow, deeply seasoned jollof rice, pepper soup with heat that builds slowly, and stews layered with the kind of richness that comes from time, palm oil, herbs, and patience. Nigerian and Liberian traditions meet naturally across the menu without losing their own character.

3Ds is outstanding! Very friendly staff. Meat pie was solid and I liked how much meat was inside. Jollof rice was full of flavor and the assorted meats were all tender. Fried rice, suya beef, and moi moi were also well enjoyed by the family. Housemade zobo juice was refreshing as well. Everything I had here was ... excellent! Read More

We drove a bit over an hour to try this restaurant. I had heard and read so many great reviews and knew we had to make the trek. We arrived to a welcoming environment and it felt like walking into to someone’s home for a delicious home cooked meal. It was simple with no frills, which was nice. We had the egusi soup ... with fufu and jollof rice with chicken. The flavors were bold and flavorful, and the chicken was so tender. The owner was incredibly hospitable and friendly, and we enjoyed talking with her. I highly recommend! We will be coming again! Read More

I really enjoyed my time here! The hostess was nice and was informative of the food. I tried the egusi soup and fufu. It was very good, chicken was very tender. I will come back to this place and try the cassava leaf!
